- Mayonnaise – 1/3 cup
- Honey – 1/3 cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp, freshly squeezed

- In a large mixing bowl, toss apples with grapes and carrot.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice well.
- Pour over the fruits and toss.
- Fold in nuts.
