This is one tantalizing sandwich that will vanish from the plates of kids and adults alike! You can skip using chili if it is for kids. Use pepper powder in moderation.
Ingredients:
- Bread slices
- Sliced capsicums
- Chopped onion
- Chilies/pepper
- Oil
- Salt
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make:
- Sauté chilies, onion and capsicums in oil.
- Ensure the vegetables do not turn mushy.
- Add some salt to it.
- Pour in the cheese and put off the flame.
- Toast the bread slices on a pan.
- Fill the vegetable cheese mix between two slices and press.
- Fry both sides a little before serving hot.
