Ingredients:
- Half a cup of oats
- Half a cup of skimmed milk
- Half a cup of yogurt
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- Half a banana sliced
- Half a tablespoon of peanut butter
- Half a cup of berries.
Steps:
- Mix the oats, yoghurt, milk and salt. Now add it in a glass jar.
- Seal the jar and let it stay in the fridge overnight.
- Add banana slices and berries with cinnamon in the morning.
