  • 2 eggs

Ingredients:
  • 1-cup rice
  • Two eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped and parboiled French beans

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 cup of long grain rice
  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • 2 chopped back bacon rashers
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
Method:
  1. Boil the rice and two minutes before draining, add the peas and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Drain the rice and peas.
