Egg White Omelet With Spinach:


The goodness of veggies adds a lot of flavor and crunch to this delicious omelet.


Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 an onion, chopped
  • 3 medium-sized mushrooms
  • 1/4 green capsicum, de-seeded and chopped
  • A pinch of white pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
How To Make:
  1. Crack the eggs and remove the yolks.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large frying pan. Add onions, mushrooms, and capsicum and sauté.
  3. Pour the egg whites into a bowl. Add salt and whisk it. Add the mixture to the pan and keep stirring until the eggs set. Add a dash of white pepper powder.
  4. Drizzle a little oil on the sides of the omelet and flip it over to cook on its other side.
  5. Serve hot.
