Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (only whites)
- 1 Tbsp goat cheese
- 2-3 Tbsp salsa
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Coarse salt
- Pepper powder
How To Make:
- Whisk all egg whites in a mixing bowl with one Tbsp water. Add coarse salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Take a non-stick pan and heat olive oil in it. Pour in the egg whites and cook until it sets.
- Garnish the omelet with crumbled goat cheese and salsa. Very carefully, slide the omelet onto your serving plate.
