Egg White Omelet With Goat Cheese:


The recipe is a healthy weekend treat to pamper your taste buds, without worrying too much about calories.

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs (only whites)
  • 1 Tbsp goat cheese
  • 2-3 Tbsp salsa
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Coarse salt
  • Pepper powder
How To Make:
  1. Whisk all egg whites in a mixing bowl with one Tbsp water. Add coarse salt and pepper for seasoning.
  2. Take a non-stick pan and heat olive oil in it. Pour in the egg whites and cook until it sets.
  3. Garnish the omelet with crumbled goat cheese and salsa. Very carefully, slide the omelet onto your serving plate.
