Guava And Cottage Cheese Salad:


Guava and cottage cheese salad tastes absolutely amazing. It is healthy and should definitely be tried once.

Ingredients:
  • 14 arugula leaves
  • Salt and pepper for taste
  • One teaspoon of olive oil
  • One large apple, diced
  • One large guava, diced
  • One small cucumber
  • Two tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • One teaspoon of alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 grated pieces of jaggery
  • 2 tsp tamarind pulp
Method:
  1. Pat the rocket leaves dry and refrigerate them.
  2. Add them to a bowl and put some salt, pepper and olive oil.
  3. Chop the apple, guava and cottage cheese.
  4. Combine the jaggery, tamarind pulp and black salt till it dissolves.
  5. Spread over the salad.
