Guava and cottage cheese salad tastes absolutely amazing. It is healthy and should definitely be tried once.
Ingredients:
- 14 arugula leaves
- Salt and pepper for taste
- One teaspoon of olive oil
- One large apple, diced
- One large guava, diced
- One small cucumber
- Two tablespoons of cottage cheese
- One teaspoon of alfalfa sprouts
- 2 grated pieces of jaggery
- 2 tsp tamarind pulp
Method:
- Pat the rocket leaves dry and refrigerate them.
- Add them to a bowl and put some salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Chop the apple, guava and cottage cheese.
- Combine the jaggery, tamarind pulp and black salt till it dissolves.
- Spread over the salad.
