Kiwis, On a Stick, Coated in Chocolate

You have a desire for ice cream, but it is too hot outside and you cannot go to the store and buy? Do not worry! In just a few minutes you

can make 100% natural ice-cream that will help you fight the heat in summer days.

Necessary ingredients:
  • Kiwi
  • Melted chocolate (240 ml)
  • Coconut oil (120 ml)
  • Wooden sticks
Method of preparation:

Peel the kiwi, chop it into 3 cm tick pieces, place the stick as shown and freeze.

Mix chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl while very hot and leave it to cool to room temperature.

Take out the kiwis on a stick from the freezer and dip them into the chocolate mixture. The coating on the kiwi will immediately become “crunchy”. Serve them immediately and the put the rest in the freezer so the chocolate will not melt.
