  • 1 tsp red cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp poupon mustard
Method:
  1. The first step is to cook the crawfish. For this take a saucepan and add 2 quarts of water.

  1. Take a large skillet and put it on medium heat.

  4. Let the slices cool and then crumble.

  • 1 bunch of scallions
  • ½ firm tofu cake
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 ½ tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 can of baby corn, sliced in half
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 1 large red bell pepper, roasted
  • Bunch of basil leaves
  • Bunch of mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar to marinate
Method:
  1. Take a pan and roast the red bell pepper.
  2. Skin and seed the bell pepper and cut it into strips.
  3. Take a bowl and marinate mint and basil leaves in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Cut the tofu into cube shaped small pieces.
  5. Marinate these pieces with garlic, tamari, chili paste, scallions, and lime juice.
  6. Keep this marinated mixture in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  7. Toss periodically.
